POCSO News update :  Published by :Greatfuture Info   नई दिल्ली, 24 सितंबर:  सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने पति-पत्नी के वैवाहिक विवाद से जुड़े POCSO मामलों में सुरक्षा उपायों को लेकर दिशा-निर्देश जारी किए हैं। जस्टिस जे.बी. पारदीवाला और जस्टिस के.वी. विश्वनाथन की पीठ ने कहा कि ये सुरक्षा उपाय उन मामलों में लागू होंगे, जहां आरोपी माता-पिता या परिवार का सदस्य हो और बच्चे के साथ एक ही घर में रहता हो।   कोर्ट ने पुलिस को FIR के बाद जल्दबाजी में गिरफ्तारी से बचने और BNSS की धारा 35 के प्रावधानों का पालन करने का निर्देश दिया। शिकायत मिलने पर पुलिस को शुरुआती स्तर पर यह भी देखना होगा कि माता-पिता के बीच कोई वैवाहिक विवाद तो नहीं चल रहा है। बच्चे का स्वतंत्र मनोवैज्ञानिक मूल्यांकन योग्य विशेषज्ञ से कराया जाएगा। विशेष अदालत में सीधे शिकायत के मामलों में भी संज्ञान लेने से पहले विशेषज्ञ मूल्यांकन जरूरी होगा। कोर्ट ने कहा कि फैमिली कोर्ट केवल POCSO FIR के आधार पर कस्टडी से इनकार न करे और मामले के सभी तथ्यों की स्वतंत्र जांच करे। ये दिशा-निर्देश लंबित जांच और उन निजी शिकायतो...

The event will also recognise best-performing States and Union Territories across various categories under AB PM-JAY and ABDM. The conference was inaugurated by the Governor of Telangana, Shri Shiv Pratap Shukla. The Central Information Commissioner presided over the conference. Shri Manoj Parida, State Chief Information Commissioner, represented Odisha. The participants discussed various best practices being followed by different State Information Commissions to reduce the pendency of cases and ensure speedy disposal of appeals and complaints.
